If you are new to CrossFit then you will complete our fundamentals course first before hopping into class!
WHAT & WHY
Our Fundamentals program is an exciting introduction to the world of CrossFit and the Petram Community. This program consists of three (3) one-on-one sessions with a Petram coach. The focus is on establishing good movement patterns and preparing you for CrossFit class. You will learn how to lift safely and efficiently with lighter weight.
Our Fundamentals program is required for new members who do not have previous CrossFit experience.
Once you’ve purchased a Fundamental membership, CrossFit Petram will reach out to you to via email or phone to schedule your 3 sessions. These sessions are scheduled separate of class and will be coordinated with you to best meet your schedule and preferred times. It is ideal to complete these 3 sessions within a 10 day time-frame.
$150 for 3 Fundamental sessions.
