8:30 AM - 7 days a week
6:30 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
$75 per month (unlimited access to Petram 30)
About Petram 30:
Short, sweet, and super sweaty!
Petram 30 workouts do not use barbells. No intro course is required.
Fast paced workouts feature combinations of body-weight movements, light dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing, biking and jogging/running.
