In our CrossFit classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve elite fitness. This is the only program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

All of these principles are applied to a small group class where training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our CrossFit classes are all about team spirit and motivation. Whether you consider yourself a competitive CrossFitter or not, seeing others around you perform will instinctively push you to be your very best. Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. Miss a workout? It probably won’t go unnoticed. Chances are, you’ll get texts and Facebook messages from your buddies asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or have a tendency to fall off of the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.

Here at CrossFit Petram, we take it a step further than your average gym. With all of the elements of CrossFit in mind, we focus on the underlying reason of WHY. Why do we do this? We do this because we are passionate about helping you be the very best that you can be!

CrossFit Teens


CrossFit Teens is great for students looking to improve their health and well being as well as young athletes looking to prepare for an upcoming season. There is a focus on establishing good form, technique and movement patterns. This program is currently offered 3x a week, right after school and is for teenagers only.

Schedule:

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm.

At CrossFit Petram we believe that healthy kids grow up to be healthy adults. That's why our CrossFit Kids classes focus on good movement patterns, social skills & healthy eating habits all while ensuring that our youngest athletes have fun with fitness!

CrossFit Kids Schedule:

MOT (Middletown):

Wednesday 6:30 pm

CrossFit Kids Classes:

All sessions are designed by our certified CrossFit Kids coaches.  Classes are approximately 45 minutes long and are designed for children ages 5-12.  With a focus on Fun, safety and proper movement pattern development kids will squat, jump, press and perform gymnastic, weightlifting and cardio movements appropriate for their age.

CrossFit Kids Pricing:

"Punch Cards" are available for 10 sessions and are valid for 6 months.

The punch card allows kids to attend any 10 classes in the 6 month time period.  Class attendance is automatically tracked by our gym software "Wodify."

Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.  CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children."

Fundamentals


Fundamentals


Our "Fundamentals" program is an exciting introduction to the world of CrossFit, your new active lifestyle and the Petram Community.  This program is designed for those new to CrossFit and is focused on establishing good movement patterns.

Our Fundamentals program is typically three (3) one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit Petram Coach. Our primary goal in these sessions is to prepare you to join our CrossFit classes with confidence.   You will learn how to lift safely and efficiently with lighter weight.  Our focus will be on developing a strong technical base.

Personal Training


Personal Training


We understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. Some benefit more in a one-on-one atmosphere. Some have specific objectives that aren’t always met in the class programming. Perhaps you’ve reached an athletic plateau or you are not be making the type of progress you would like to be making. If any of these are something you can relate to, then consider joining us for a personal training session.

These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals – especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be. One of the Petram coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and train you through a program designed specifically for your needs.
