PREP COURSE -> WHAT & WHY

Our Prep Course is an exciting introduction to the world of CrossFit and the Petram Community.  This program consists of two one-on-one sessions with a Petram coach. The focus is on establishing good movement patterns and preparing you for CrossFit class. You will learn how to lift safely and efficiently with lighter weight. 

Our Prep Course is strongly recommended for new members who do not have previous CrossFit experience.
