Our CrossFit Teens program is great for any student looking to improve their health and well being.
It can also be a great training opportunity for young athletes looking to prepare for an upcoming season.
There is a focus on establishing good form, technique and movement patterns. This program is currently offered 3x a week, right after school and is for teenagers only.
Schedule (eff 8/26/19):
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30 pm.
$75 month to month, flexible to adjust to school and sport schedules.

Note: If you have a Teen that would like to workout in our regular CrossFit classes we have an unlimited membership for students. In order to hop into a regular CrossFit class we require that the student complete our Fundamentals program first.
